This video is a demonstration of an anterior sacrocolpopexy in a 74-year-old woman who has already had prolapse surgery for a hysterocele comprising a total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and sacrospinous fixation 2 years earlier. In the present case, the surgical difficulty lies in the dissection of the vesicovaginal space, in a scarred and atrophic tissue environment.
